Feeder Cleaning
Clean feeders are essential. We clean feeders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Bring your feeder into the store in the morning and we’ll have it ready before closing. While we clean feeders for free, we request a minimum cash donation of $5 per feeder that goes directly to one of the Bay Area charities we support. You’ll find collection boxes at the store.
Bird ID Help
We can help you identify that mystery bird in your yard. Email your photo to us or drop by the store to share your photo and we should be able to decipher what you’re seeing.
Frequent Buyer Program
Buy 9 bags of the same seed 20 pounds or higher at full price and get the 10th bag fee. Coupons do not apply.
Backyard Bird Consulting
Do you want a safe and welcoming habitat for your yard birds? If you are a local resident, $50 gets us to your yard for an hour visit. You’ll receive a $25 Gift Certificate to the store upon completion of your yard consultation.

Call ahead with your order and credit card information. Then come by later to pick up in front of the store.
Free Gift Wrapping
Donations Welcome
Downsizing? Moving out of the area? We are accepting used field guides and bird feeders. Drop off your donations at the store during business hours, we’ll refurbish and resell with 100% of the proceeds benefitting our wildlife charities.
