This small modern Amtrak station is a replica of the one in Lake Charles, Louisiana. This kit includes all building parts milled in white styrene and laser cut in white acrylic and self-adhesive plywood. All parts fit together, but may need light sanding in joints for cosmetic reasons.
The model needs painting.

It is modeled after a Texas & Orleans station that was located across the street, which burned down in the late 1980s.
It was built in 1999, sponsored by the City of Lake Charles, Amtrak and one of the local casinos.
