This kit includes all building parts and signs milled in white and black styrene plastic, clear window glazing, and decals. All parts fit together but may need light sanding in joints for cosmetic reasons. The building fits the design of Strip Malls ML-001 & ML-002 and can be combined with these to create a mall complex. Size of mall complex ML-003+ ML-001+ ML-002: 35 3/4″ x 3 3/4″ x 3½” (907 x 70 x 90 mm)
